This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Every year about 8,3 tons of CO 2 are avoided. Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. Villa Piedra is a fantastic semi-detached country house situated in the beautiful area of Bóquer, close to Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. The property has been recently renovated, and during the restoration work the original layout of the house and the original decoration have been respected with taste and care. The property is surrounded by imposing mountains to the rear. It is a cool house, thanks in part to its thick walls, although it has air conditioning. The decoration is rustic in style, and even some of the furniture is original from when the property was first built. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room. The kitchen combines a traditional design with modern fittings such as electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The ground floor communicates with the barbecue area, which is situated next to terraces with beautiful views towards the mountains. Next to the barbecue there is also an outside bathroom.
