The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. Villa Gabriel is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area, a short drive from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, as well as their beaches. It offers stunning views of the mountains and Alcudia Bay, making it the perfect place to enjoy with family, partners, or friends. The villa is all on one floor and has a porch where you can enjoy meals or simply appreciate the tranquility of the place. When we enter the house, we find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, which is very bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and a TV for relaxation. WiFi is included throughout the house. A hallway to the left of the kitchen leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first room we find has two single beds and is decorated in bright colors. In front of it, there is a versatile room that can be used as a dressing room or office. At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a double bedroom with beautiful mountain views and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning.
