The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it.
