The Villa has the charm of a typical Majorcan house built on a single floor and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outside area has a porch where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m swimming pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the wonderful views. Just 300 metres away there is a restaurant with the same name as the villa. All this in a natural environment and peaceful atmosphere in the quiet area of Son Fe, a short drive from the historic centre of Alcúdia, the famous village of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia.
