The exterior area is very beautiful thanks to the garden area and the great private chlorine pool that is 11 x 4 meters has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.80 meters and is surrounded by the wonderful Mallorcan stone. There are 4 sun loungers next to the pool where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading under the parasols. There are two terraces perfectly furnished where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue. The property is fenced and there are several buildings in the plot, although the poll and garden are private for our clients. Interior The house boasts a lovely rustic style comprising 80 m2 in a cosy and practical way. You are welcome by a wonderful living - dining - kitchen where you can spend time all together with your family and friends. You will have a great tine cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob while having an appetiser and set the table before your banquet. This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Every year about 8,3 tons of CO 2 are avoided. Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. At the same time, this finca is the home of different animals like hens, goats, dogs and pigs that are located in a separated facility of the property.
