Casa Andreu is a lovely house for four people with beautiful outside area and private pool to rent in a peaceful location in the outskirts of the small village of Es Llombards. The sandy beach Cala Llombards is only 5 km away and Santanyi with shops, restaurants and a bustling weekly market is 4.5 km. away. It's a charming one-storey country house. Open living/dining room with kitchen area; both with access to the outside. Andreu has two twin bedrooms -one with en suite shower-room. There is another separate shower room. Beautiful well kept outside area with sun and shadow areas, pool, terrace and barbecue area. Air conditioning available on request in the living room and one of the bedrooms at the cost of 20€ per day, for a minimum 5 nights. Note: One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning unit, but as it's close to the living room it gets also air from there. As the bedrooms are tight, there is no room to place a baby cot. If any is need it, then it would have to be placed in the living room. The garden of this villa becomes an incomparable place where relaxing and enjoying a total privacy in this extraordinary island. All little corners emanate life, fun and calm. A never-ending greenery surrounding the chlorine pool will make you feel in the paradise itself. It sizes 10 x 5 metres, with a 0.80 to 2 metres depth and exterior shower. There are 8 sun loungers around together with a Bali bed perfect for you to stay during the hours of sun, or even at night admiring the starry sky. The barbecue is also a good option. The interior, with stoned walls, is very spacious and comfortable and it offers two floors. On the main floor, you will find a functional kitchen with a ceramic hob and open to the living and dining areas, It is perfect to cook your best dishes and have them easily on the table. Later on you can rest while watching satellite TV. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three shower bathrooms in total.
