Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. On the front side of the porch, facing the swimming pool, there is a chill out area with seats and armchairs. The right place for relax seekers. The swimming pool, chlorine water and 4.5x8 metres, is private. Next to the swimming pool there is also a pergola with another dining area. A good place to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. This two-storey, 250 m2 house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, where we also find 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite) and on the ground floor, we also find a bathroom. Three of the bathrooms have a shower and one has a bathtub. There is a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit back and relax in the living room, where there are sofas to enjoy a good read, watch satellite TV or take a short nap. The well cared exteriors of this finca make it be an incomparable place, a little piece of the very same paradise in Mallorca. A great extension of lawn, surrounding the pool, as well as several corners perfectly furnished, are fascinating. The depth of the pool goes from 1.20 to 1.60 metres and its sizes 9 x 4.5 metres. The space is completed with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The play ground with swings and a slide will be the delight of the little ones. After a morning full of games and pool dips, you can wash off the the dexterity shower and prepare a barbecue under the porch and go to relax to the sofas of the chill-out area afterwards. From the garden you can access not only the kitchen, with an induction top, but also the living room which features comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air-conditioning.
