The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. This beautiful 300 year old house has been restored with taste and character, keeping the traditional style but including some modern touches. The two-storey house is decorated and furnished in a rustic style, as well as other traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, wooden beams, terracotta floors and so on. Old wooden doors give access to the interior of the house, which welcomes us with a spacious dining room. A few steps lead from the dining room to a small living room fully equipped with WIFI internet connection, TV and DVD. Behind the living room is the kitchen, equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a small laundry room just behind the house. A separate living room with stone walls, a fireplace and a shower room complete the ground floor of the house. A wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room has wooden floors and beautiful views of the mountains. A second staircase leads to the rest of the bedrooms (two double and one twin) which share a full bathroom with bath and shower.
