This charming stone villa is situated in the quiet countryside area of Pollensa. A covered terrace leads to the ground floor, which opens onto a living/dining room with beamed ceilings. Separated from the dining area by a large stone archway is the kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a shower room on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor and a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a swimming pool (9m x 4m) which is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the covered terraces are ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade. In the beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.14 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a porch with a large table, where you will surely enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total. The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower.
