This is a nice villa for 5 people, close to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a fixed barbecue, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you reach the living-dining room with sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining room you reach the well equipped kitchen. You can also go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful view of the pool, the garden and the mountains. There are also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room you will find the washing machine. The adjacent covered side terrace is ideal for al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool and gardens with mountain views. The elegant interior is furnished to a good standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making a comfortable holiday home. Upon entering is the large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player and French doors opening to the pool-side terrace and gardens. The well-equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer and eye level fitted cupboards. The washing machine is housed in the utility room.
