The modern villa Botana 7 is situated in the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vicenç, in the scenic north of Mallorca and is a great accommodation for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The child-friendly 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. The private covered terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast and the evenings surrounded by the lush greenery of the spacious garden, while the pool area, which is shared with adjacent holiday homes, is ideal for basking in the sun and taking a swim. There is one big pool divided in 2 by a metal barrier. One side is for adults and the other one is for children. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m) away and restaurants, bars and cafés are only a one-minute walk (120 m) from the holiday home, while the beach, Cala Molins, can be reached after a mere 3-minute walk (270 m). Villa Piedra is a fantastic semi-detached country house situated in the beautiful area of Bóquer, close to Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. The property has been recently renovated, and during the restoration work the original layout of the house and the original decoration have been respected with taste and care. The property is surrounded by imposing mountains to the rear. It is a cool house, thanks in part to its thick walls, although it has air conditioning. The decoration is rustic in style, and even some of the furniture is original from when the property was first built. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room. The kitchen combines a traditional design with modern fittings such as electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The ground floor communicates with the barbecue area, which is situated next to terraces with beautiful views towards the mountains. Next to the barbecue there is also an outside bathroom. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are two double bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), a double bedroom, and a second bathroom. Chalet Guacamayo is a charming Mallorcan villa situated between the town of Pollensa and the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Great use has been made of local stone and decoration. The cottage style chalet, which is all on one level, is bright and offers good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colours. From April 2022 Chalet Guacamayo will have two bicycles available free of charge for guests to use.
