The windows and doors of the bungalow (no stairs) are protected against break-in. On the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a 60m² saltwater pool with a shower with warm water you can spend relaxing holidays outside. The approx. 1,400 m² large property is surrounded by shrubs, palms, and hedges so that your privacy is guaranteed. A supermarket and numerous restaurants are in the center of Cala Pi, which is less than 2 km from the holiday home. And for golf lovers, there is a small golf course for great moments. The house of 240 m2 distributed in 3 floors, has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and two on the ground floor with a double bed each. All of them have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms serving the whole house located on the ground floor, one with shower, and a toilet.
