The house is a pretty one-storey property which accommodates 6 people. It has air conditioning and Internet connection. Entering the house via the rear entrance we arrive in a small hallway leading to a dining room which has spectacular views of the garden, pool and Portocolom bay and the sea beyond. The dining room has a sofa, a 42 inch satellite television and a table where you can eat while taking in the lovely views. From the dining room we access the garden via the terrace. The kitchen, next to the dining room, is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kitchenware. There are three double bedrooms, one with double bed, access to the terrace and sea views. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with whirlpool bath. The external area of the house comprises an attractive private pool with excellent views of the golf course and sea. The terrace has hammocks and sunshades and there is also a garden with lawned area and indigenous plants, a covered veranda next to the house with tables and chairs and a fantastic barbecue so you can enjoy meals al fresco.
