The house is independent but has neighbours nearby, so there is partial privacy. The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace we access to a fantastic living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and wood cooker, where you will be able to share unique moments. On this same floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and also has another dining area that completes the room. A complete bathroom with shower, gives service to this floor. When it is time to sleep, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with views to the outside, which is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and a radiator are at your disposal if you need them. Wonderful holiday home for 4 people located by the sea in the old town of Portocolom. Can Gelat is an old fisherman's house that has been renovated, offering incredible views of the sea. On entering the house, we find ourselves in a hallway. On one side, there is a bedroom with two single beds, on the other side, a bedroom with a single bed. Next, there is a fully renovated bathroom with shower and another bedroom with a double bed. The living-dining room is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 5 people and a large living room with two sofas, a fireplace, a television and a balcony with stunning views of the port of Portocolom.
