Casa Es Domingos is located just 20 meters from the stairs that lead to Cala Llombards. The house is built on a slope. On the entrance level is the living/dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom and the terrace with dining area and chill-out couch. One floor below there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with two beds (one is a pull-out bed). In the lower bedrooms there is a large ceiling fan and a portable air conditioning unit as well as two small fans. Both bedrooms have access to a small terrace, which is also accessible from outside via the entrance area. From the terrace by the living room you have a beautiful view over the pine forest, which is directly adjacent to Cala Llombards. The house is lovingly furnished and decorated and from the first moment you feel at home. It has two double bedrooms, a bright living room with fireplace, a dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The dining room has access to the back terrace with barbecue and dining area with sea views. In front of the house is the nice garden with the small pool and the big palm trees. Both the sun loungers and the swing as well as the deckchairs on the veranda invite you to relax. On the roof terrace you can also sit and enjoy the wonderful sea view. To pass the time there is a table tennis table and paddle tennis. A 10 minutes walk in the nature leads to the two charming coves Caló des Moro and S'Almunia. The beach of Cala Llombards is also nearby. The small supermarket is open from May to October and in Santanyí you will find all services all year round. The eco-tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR must be paid....

Vacation home for 4 people with a beautiful terrace for barbecuing and only 5 minutes by car from Cala Santanyi. This vacation home for 4 people is located "down town" Cala Figuera. In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I googled it... here you can read all about what was there back then and what they experienced. Fun to read 😊. The little house is located parallel to the promenade in the second line. This makes it easy to walk to the restaurants. In terms of layout, it is a typical Mallorcan house. The bedrooms are to the left and right of the entrance area. Behind them is a small bathroom and straight ahead is the living area with sitting area, flat screen TV and open kitchen. There is not much left of the layout when Maria, the owner, raised her three sons together with her husband Tomeu. Toni, the eldest son, is an architect. My guests who have fallen in love with Casita Els Sestadors will once again be amazed by this young man's creativity. The living area is open and bright with a staircase leading to the upper roof terrace. Especially in summer, however, you will spend most of your time on the large terrace, which is accessible at ground level. One is on the first floor; the second bedroom with dressing room and access to the upper terrace is on the second floor. In summer, life on Mallorca takes place outside. That's why the outdoor area in CASA SON MOJA is particularly beautiful. The terrace, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, is spacious and furnished with a round dining table with four chairs and two sun loungers with parasols. Here you can have breakfast, relax on the sun lounger or chill out in the whirlpool; even in winter, as the water is heated. And on warm summer evenings, you can light the barbecue and grill whatever you have bought at the weekly market in Santanyí. The house has a cozy wood-burning stove and electric heating panels on the wall.
