Vacation home for 4 people with a beautiful terrace for barbecuing and only 5 minutes by car from Cala Santanyi. This vacation home for 4 people is located "down town" Cala Figuera. In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I googled it... here you can read all about what was there back then and what they experienced. Fun to read 😊. The little house is located parallel to the promenade in the second line. This makes it easy to walk to the restaurants. In terms of layout, it is a typical Mallorcan house. The bedrooms are to the left and right of the entrance area. Behind them is a small bathroom and straight ahead is the living area with sitting area, flat screen TV and open kitchen. There is not much left of the layout when Maria, the owner, raised her three sons together with her husband Tomeu. Toni, the eldest son, is an architect. My guests who have fallen in love with Casita Els Sestadors will once again be amazed by this young man's creativity. The living area is open and bright with a staircase leading to the upper roof terrace. Especially in summer, however, you will spend most of your time on the large terrace, which is accessible at ground level. Vacation home with beautiful terrace for 6 people right at the entrance to Cala Figuera towards the harbor in the beautiful southeast of Mallorca. This vacation home for 6 people is located "down town" Cala Figuera. In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I did some googling. The house is located at the entrance to the village, right on the cul-de-sac that leads to the harbor. So you can safely leave your car in the evening, as you can easily walk to the restaurants and bars. You enter through the kitchen into the living/dining area, which has A/C. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor. The second bathroom can be reached via the patio. The upper bedroom (also with A/C), which also has a small terrace, can be reached via the open staircase. Especially in summer, you are sure to spend most of your time in the patio at the side of the house or chilling out on the smaller terrace right next to the living area. This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Every year about 8,3 tons of CO 2 are avoided. Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. The beaches of the most beautiful on the island with fine golden sand, calm waters (Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Playa de s'Amarador) are about 5-10 minutes away by car or little more with bicycles. For lunch and dinner, near the house, there are very good restaurants on the sea with wonderful views and good Spanish food.
