The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only 3 minutes away by car or on foot in no more than 15 minutes. The house is located on a corner plot and is built on stilts like a stilt house. In fact, the living space is on the first floor. A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a bright living-dining room, as well as a covered terrace which extends on two sides of the house. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine.
