There's a private, 6 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and an exterior shower, where you will be able to refresh yourself during hot summer days. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers or having a tasty BBQ on the shady terrace with straw-roof and white curtains. On the first floor, you will have access to an ample terrace overlooking the urbanisation and with sun loungers. This wonderful home is independent and totally fenced, located in a quiet urbanisation close to the beach and with direct neighbours. Please keep in mind that the basement of the house is not accessible. A colourful, comfy sitting-dining room with A/C invites you to watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or have dinner with friends. The open kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with one single bed, are located on the ground floor. The first floor is solely for one bedroom with double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Additionally to the en-suite bath, there is one shower bathroom and a bath with bath tub on the lower floor.
