The first supply is also taken care of. The spacious living/dining room is cozy and decorated in warm colors. The finca has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is on the first floor; the second bedroom with dressing room and access to the upper terrace is on the second floor. In summer, life on Mallorca takes place outside. That's why the outdoor area in CASA SON MOJA is particularly beautiful. The terrace, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, is spacious and furnished with a round dining table with four chairs and two sun loungers with parasols. Here you can have breakfast, relax on the sun lounger or chill out in the whirlpool; even in winter, as the water is heated. This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.
