This charming country house, built in Majorcan style and lined with stone, is located on a 5.000m2 plot of land, set back from the Santanyí-Alquería road. The house has no direct neighbours and offers privacy but nevertheless good connections to Santanyí, the nearby villages and the beaches of the area. The main entrance is on the covered terrace and opens into the cosy living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. At the back of the house are the two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have two single beds, the living room is equipped with sofa and armchairs, TV with satellite dish, stereo, DVD player and internet access. All the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.
