In the dry docks of Cala Santanyí there are some traditional fisherman's cottages. Ca'l Tio Miquel is one of these. It has been tastefully renovated and has been converted into a very special holiday home. It is only a few steps to the beach and to take a refreshing dip in the sea you only have to leave the house. This holiday home for four people is located in the villa urbanisation SON MOJA near Santanyí and only 900 metres from the white sandy beach of Cala Santanyí. When you enter the house, you will immediately notice that the owners themselves often spend their Mallorca holidays here. The modern, open-plan fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped. Even the first aid is taken care of. The spacious living/dining room is cosy and decorated in warm colours. The finca has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is on the ground floor; the second bedroom with dressing room and access to the upper terrace is on the first floor. In summer, life on Mallorca takes place outdoors. That is why the outdoor area of Villa SON MOJA is particularly beautiful. In the upstairs bedroom there is a cosy terrace with a sitting area. The terrace, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, is spacious and equipped with two seating areas.
