Comfortable 3 bedroom Ibizan-style villa located on the second line of the sea in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. The situation is ideal, close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou beaches, the shops and restaurants are a short walking distance from the villa. The Cala d´Or marina is one of the most elegant marinas on the Majorcan Island and is within walking distance from the villa at about 20 minutes. The villa is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor we find a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV satellite, a dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms with king size bed with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower completely renovated and a practical and functional kitchen that has been also recently renovated. An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, providing partial sea-views and also the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The villa is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. The kitchen offers all the utensils and crockery for all the guests. Outside, in the private terrace, there are two porches with outdoor dining tables and chairs.
