This historic finca is located just outside of S`Horta. It is complex and with the preservation of classic details, lovingly restored and brought up to date. The working owners have divided an apartment that offers the tenant absolute privacy. In addition to the 40 sqm apartment with bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, there is a beautiful garden with grill, lawn, old trees, vegetable garden and 5 x 10 meter pool. There is also a small pond with ducks, a vegetable garden and chickens on the premises. Everything is very lovingly designed. There is a separate room with a washing machine.
