Separate, self-sufficient vacation home for 6 people on the grounds of Fincahotel Es Llobets This self-sufficient finca for self-catering, with a walled plot of approx. 1000 sqm, is located in a separate building in the grounds of the finca hotel Es Llobets. The separate 125 sqm house has a valid license (AG/341), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), a cosy living-dining room, a terrace covered with bamboo mats and a fully equipped kitchen (barbecue on the terrace is a matter of course). Heating and air conditioning are also available. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as dishwasher are available as well as SAT-TV and Wlan. SPECIAL FEATURE: Guests of the self-sufficient finca can use all public areas as well as the terrace(s) / garden and the pool of the finca hotel, as there is no private pool on the plot on which the separate house is located. The two houses (hotel / finca) are only 50 m apart. It is also possible to book breakfast or occasional evening meals (for a fee). Welcome to this one floor beautiful house ideal for couples, with or without kids. You will love the furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can prepare a delicious meal at the mobile barbecue to enjoy with your dear ones. Upon entering you will find a cosy living-dining room equipped with air conditioning where you can watch TV, listen to music or simply relax on the sofa. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two of them with two double beds and the third with two single beds. All three bedrooms have an electric radiator each. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. The house has a bathroom with bathtub. S'Estanyol is a quiet area, but you will find restaurants and bars, and a little supermarket. Only 300 meters distance, there is a wonderful beach where you will feel like at paradise. Another 2km distance separate you from sa Ràpita, another lovely beach with more range of services. Don't miss visit the idyllic Es Trenc beach, at only 6km from you, famous for its white sand and crystalized water.
