The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The one-storey house offers a simple style that exudes tradition but at the same time offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the living room, equipped with AC, you can sit and relax and watch TV-sat. The large eat-in kitchen offers a gas cooker and a wood-burning cooker for colder days. A long driveway leads to the accommodation, which is located in a quiet area. The terrace leads to the pool area, the adjoining lounge and the interior of the house. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a large side-by-side fridge and a large hob. Here you will find all amenities such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc. The kitchen is open to the living area. It is equipped with TV (WLAN TV for e.g. Netflix) and is open to the adjoining dining area. On the second floor there are another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. From everywhere you have a very nice view. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed (queen size bed). If you wish, you can make yourself comfortable in the indoor jacuzzi (coin-operated). The lounge is equipped with 2 daybeds and is generously proportioned under the pine trees. There is an outdoor barbecue on the terrace. Its exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, 8 x 5 m large swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m and a spacious loungers area with 6 sunbeds. Relax on the huge terrace, or enjoy a great barbecue evening on the fully furnished porch, with the mobile barbecue. The house has 170 m2, distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed, and one with two single beds. All they equipped with air conditioning and heating. One cot and one high chair available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub. The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. In the south of the island, the holiday home Can Crestall is located in the countryside near Campos, in a very exclusive and calm location which makes it ideal for spending a relaxed and private holiday there. The comfortable house consists of a living room with a rustic fireplace and a large dining table, a very-well equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 2 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a baby cot and a high chair. In the private outdoor area you will find a picturesque garden with a rustic well, swings for children and mediterranean plants, as well as a covered, furnished terrace where you can enjoy a lovely meal cooked in the barbecue.
