However, the real wonder of this house is the fact that it's only 15 metres away from the beach. Just cross the road and swim! Airy and with a fresh style, the inside welcomes you in a cosy living room, where you can watch the TV-sat or a DVD film with the best company of the sea views. The living is open to the dining kitchen where you will cook your best recipes on the ceramic top or in the oven and enjoy your meals all together. This whole space has an AC unit. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet and AC each, one with a single bed and the other two with double beds.
