The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV. On the main floor we also find the separate laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a toilet. On the upper floor, you find the three bedrooms, all three with an en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed and the last one has 2 twin beds. Finally, the house is equipped with a baby cot and a high chair, as well as gas central heating for the winter months.
