On the first floor we enter a spacious living-dining room, which is divided into 3 rooms: an anteroom with a sofa and a balcony of about 3m2 to the pedestrian street, a central living room with a large dining table for 6 and a kitchen-dining room with another table for 6, a sofa bed, 2 comfortable typical Mallorcan rocking chairs and a smart TV. The fireplace is merely decorative (cannot be used). The kitchen-dining room has air conditioning with heat pump, with which you can keep the rooms and the dining room at the perfect temperature in any season. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and all the utensils you may need to prepare a tasty meal for the whole family.
