The single-storey Casa Villabella is nestled in a quiet spot in Cala Pi not far from one of the most attractive natural beaches in Majorca and offers space for 4 people. The air-conditioned vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities of this typical Majorcan holiday home include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request), a satellite TV with DVD-Player and a parking area. The spacious and partially-covered terrace with its 36-m² pool, garden furniture and barbecue is an inviting place to spend a relaxing holiday. The house has an area of 95m2 and 100m2 garden. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house is recently renovated, in 2019, and has all the comforts: satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children near the house. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The sea water is shallow, clean and calm. The area is mainly residential, there are no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air. Inside the house, there is a lovely living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob. Both stays have access to the outside. As well as that, you have three dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature a double bed, the other two single beds. Moreover, two of the bedrooms also have wardrobe and one of these even boasts an ensuite shower bathroom. Even so, there is also a second shower bathroom that services the entire house.
