The air-conditioned vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is recently renovated, in 2019, and has all the comforts: satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children near the house. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The sea water is shallow, clean and calm. The area is mainly residential, there are no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air. Inside the house, there is a lovely living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob. Both stays have access to the outside. As well as that, you have three dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature a double bed, the other two single beds. Beautiful finca renovated in 2022 in Cala Pi on Mallorca. Suitable for up to 6 adults with a large pool and well-kept garden in second line to the sea. For the very young guests we have a cosy baby cot that can be set up. The 210 m² house has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers - one on each floor. In the upper bathroom we have two washbasins. The proximity to the dream bay "Cala Pi" (approx. 10 minutes' walk) allows natural cooling in summer; in addition, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, which can be used for heating in the cold months. A supermarket and several cosy restaurants are within easy walking distance. Or make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas in the living room with fireplace while watching TV (satellite TV), reading a good book or surfing the Internet (fibre optic 600 Mbit up & down). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and the dishwasher does the washing up for you afterwards. One of the most beautiful bays on the south coast of Mallorca, the Playa de Cala Pi, with white sand and turquoise blue water, is just a 900 m walk away.
