The single-storey Casa Villabella is nestled in a quiet spot in Cala Pi not far from one of the most attractive natural beaches in Majorca and offers space for 4 people. The air-conditioned vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities of this typical Majorcan holiday home include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request), a satellite TV with DVD-Player and a parking area. The spacious and partially-covered terrace with its 36-m² pool, garden furniture and barbecue is an inviting place to spend a relaxing holiday. A supermarket is 2,5 km away and bigger supermarkets are within 20 km. Restaurants, bars and small shops, as well as the beautiful natural beach Cala Pi are just a few minutes away by car. The house has an area of 95m2 and 100m2 garden. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house is recently renovated, in 2019, and has all the comforts: satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children near the house. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The sea water is shallow, clean and calm. The area is mainly residential, there are no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. Beautiful finca renovated in 2022 in Cala Pi on Mallorca. Suitable for up to 6 adults with a large pool and well-kept garden in second line to the sea. For the very young guests we have a cosy baby cot that can be set up. The 210 m² house has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers - one on each floor. In the upper bathroom we have two washbasins. The proximity to the dream bay "Cala Pi" (approx. 10 minutes' walk) allows natural cooling in summer; in addition, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, which can be used for heating in the cold months. A supermarket and several cosy restaurants are within easy walking distance. Or make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas in the living room with fireplace while watching TV (satellite TV), reading a good book or surfing the Internet (fibre optic 600 Mbit up & down). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and the dishwasher does the washing up for you afterwards. Food can be heated on the induction hob, in the oven or in the microwave. Of course, you also have a washing machine, ironing board and iron at your disposal.
