In front of the construction, with an Ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m, and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or have barbecue in the fresh air. Interior Inside the house, there is a lovely living room with satellite television, air conditioning, and a wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob.
