The outdoor unit is very well kept and maintained, with a large private pool, with 2 sunbeds and table with chairs to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca. This cosy country house is lovingly decorated, lined with stone and preserving the original materials. A cosy covered terrace at the entrance of the house provides shade and invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings and barbecues thanks to the small outside barbecue house with a special charm. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and is very spacious. From the kitchen, there is also direct access to the pool area. The living room and one of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned and face northeast, so that even in the summer, the room temperature is pleasant.
