This great house boasts a cosy and lovely exterior area. It includes a beautiful chlorine pool of 9 x 4 metres that has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2.10 metres. It is surrounded in part by a great lawn area an in part by stone terrace with up to 5 sun beds where you will bask in the sun with a just squeezed OJ in the morning and maybe a flute of champagne in the evening. The great furnished porch is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life while you enjoy a good reading or some music. Here you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked on the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. Please also note that the property is right next to the railroad track so you will hear the trains passing by. The house offers a spacious room with AC that unifies two living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen. One of the sitting areas offers two comfy sofas where you can relax and chat with your loved ones, while the other features one sofa and satellite TV.
