The house is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday on the island. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large natural grass garden, swimming pool and several furnished terraces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent climate that the island offers. The house is located in Selva, a small and picturesque town at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. There you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The weekly market is held every Wednesday, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or artisan products. Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find a wide leisure offer. As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is worth approaching the picturesque villages of Caimari or Mancor de la Vall.
