The villa disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy these delicious meals with your loved ones. This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player. Overlooking the countryside and the green hills of central Mallorca, Finca Llampi is 4 km from Sineu, where there is a market every Wednesday. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in Sineu. A 20 minutes drive away is the north coast with dreamlike beaches such as Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Further east are the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, westwards the Tramuntana mountains. After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than coming back home and swimming in the private chlorine pool with a size of 3,5 x 2 metres, surrounded by a terrace with artificial grass and 6 sunbeds.
