It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. Welcome to this modern house in Maria de la Salud, 15-20 minutes drive from Playa de Muro. Here, our guests find a nice place for their holidays with private pool. The house is located in the quiet village Maria de la Salud and you can walk to the centre where there is a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. Further services and petrol stations can be found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro. By car you can go to the northern beaches, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia. The house has 3 bedrooms, open kitchen, private salt swimming pool and terrace. The pool has a size of 8 x 3 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. In addition, there is Wifi, satellite TV and a complete kitchen equipment. The larger bedroom upstairs has an air-conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs does not have air-conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air-conditioning in the large bedroom will still cool the room. The downstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning but if the door is left open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room. With a capacity of 6 people, the large garden is ideal for families with children, as it has a large lawn and a saltwater pool. Several sunbeds invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the good weather of the island. The finca is fenced and totally private, ideal for a quiet family holiday. The fully furnished porch is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner in the open air and, why not, to prepare delicious barbecues. The two-storey house offers very cosy, modern and open-plan rooms, thanks to the large windows distributed throughout the house. The large living-dining room with fireplace communicates with the kitchen which is fully equipped, including oven, hob, fridge and other kitchen utensils. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, access to a terrace and chill-out area. The villa has Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor. The other 2 bedrooms have a fan. Our guests find two bathrooms in the house and we provide a cot and a high chair on request.
