This house has been completely restores in a quite modern style. It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. It invites to have dinner at night under the starry sky together with a good bottle of wine and lie down at the chill out area while having fun with your loved ones till late. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed. Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. It has a ceramic hob, air-conditioning, and space to sit and have an appetiser while cooking your best recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens to the dining table, comes with a comfortable chaise longue sofa to watch an interesting film on the satellite TV or read for a while, if you find some interesting book on the shelf. Beautiful rustic finca with private pool between Sineu and Maria de la Salut, ideal for 6 guests. Overlooking the countryside and the green hills of central Mallorca, Finca Llampi is 4 km from Sineu, where there is a market every Wednesday. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in Sineu. A 20 minutes drive away is the north coast with dreamlike beaches such as Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Further east are the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, westwards the Tramuntana mountains. After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than coming back home and swimming in the private chlorine pool with a size of 3,5 x 2 metres, surrounded by a terrace with artificial grass and 6 sunbeds. The barbecue area with wood-burning oven and garden furniture invites you to spend an afternoon with the family. The owners have preserved the rustic style of the house, without renouncing modern equipment such as Wifi and satellite TV. The living room with sofa gives access to a hall and to the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a kettle for our younger guests. It is a rustic Mediterranean style finca, surrounded by olive trees, garden and fruit trees, with an extension of more than 22.000 m2, it is perfectly cared to the detail and transmits a great sensation of spaciousness and tranquillity at the same time that you can enjoy the peace that is perceived when you are in the middle of the countryside. The house is very cosy, with 3 bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a toilet. The covered terrace area with bamboo roof is ideal for enjoying meals outside and the unobstructed views that the property has, next to it we have the brick barbecue and the pool area. To the rear of the house there is a large and extensive lawn area where you can relax or simply enjoy a play area with the children. In addition to all of the above there is an organic vegetable garden, as well as a chicken coop, so you can occasionally enjoy seasonal produce and fresh eggs. And as in every finca close to nature, there are two very nice and independent cats living there. In short, Sa Vinya des Compte is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside.
