It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. Overlooking the countryside and the green hills of central Mallorca, Finca Llampi is 4 km from Sineu, where there is a market every Wednesday. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in Sineu. A 20 minutes drive away is the north coast with dreamlike beaches such as Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Further east are the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, westwards the Tramuntana mountains. After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than coming back home and swimming in the private chlorine pool with a size of 3,5 x 2 metres, surrounded by a terrace with artificial grass and 6 sunbeds. The barbecue area with wood-burning oven and garden furniture invites you to spend an afternoon with the family. The owners have preserved the rustic style of the house, without renouncing modern equipment such as Wifi and satellite TV. The living room with sofa gives access to a hall and to the kitchen, which is equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
