This barrier-free new building is characterised by its loving and charming furnishings. The large and bright living area is very tastefully furnished and has a cosy seating area and a dining table. The open kitchen is very modern and well-equipped. The living area has air conditioning. There are two bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200cm) each, which can be put together, and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is connected to a barrier-free shower room, the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
