On the gound floor you will find the kitchen, lounge and dinning area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a children playroom. There is also a small patio, with the stairs that lead to the top floor. On the top floor there is a Roof terrace, completed with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella and also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off this bedroom there is another terrace, this is a sun terrace with sun loungers to relax in the sun. We offer baby cot, hight chair and chidren toys and games, so this house is comfortable and convenient for families. we do also offer basic beach equipment, such as sun umbrella and cooler bag. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. The house is situated on a hill between the villages of Son Carrió and Cala Millor. The beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot and Cala Bona are about 6 kilometres away from the house, so in less than 10 minutes by car you will be enjoying some of the best beaches on the island. For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the Via Verde, an old railway line converted into a cycling and hiking route with more than 30 kilometres of routes, is less than 2 kilometres from the house. The Pula golf course is 9 kilometres from the house. Other places of interest are the Safari Zoo of Sa Coma, the caves of Drach and Hams in Portocristo, the castle of Capdepera or the village of Artà.
