The pool area has a fence as protection for children. The porch of 35 m2 invites you to spend a pleasant moments with your family or friends, enjoying some delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. In the garden, there are different fruit trees: lemon, orange, medlar. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with five armchairs and TV-Sat; a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a great fully equipped kitchen with vitro, so you can cook without any problem.
