The recently renovated house is fully equipped and furnished in a modern stile and comfortable. Entire house is in the upper floor, has a pleasing lounge with fireplace, on another level is the dining room area with the large modern equipped kitchen all-in-one. It has three bedrooms these are distributed in two rooms with twin beds and one room with double bed. The three bedrooms share a roomy bathroom with shower-cabin. Golf fans have four different golf courses very close all them to each other just driving 7 Km.: Pula Golf, Golf Son servera, Golf Canyamel, Capdepera Golf. The Nearest beach is Cala Millor and others beaches and leisure areas are also nearby as Sa Coma, S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Mendia, Cala Anguila... all of them are just a 15 minute drive from the property. On the gound floor you will find the kitchen, lounge and dinning area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a children playroom. There is also a small patio, with the stairs that lead to the top floor. On the top floor there is a Roof terrace, completed with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella and also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off this bedroom there is another terrace, this is a sun terrace with sun loungers to relax in the sun. We offer baby cot, hight chair and chidren toys and games, so this house is comfortable and convenient for families. we do also offer basic beach equipment, such as sun umbrella and cooler bag. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed.
