Beautiful stone house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, situated on a hill near the village of Son Macià, between Felanitx and Manacor. Accessing the house through a beautiful entrance door, we find ourselves in the entrance hall where the staircase leads us to a beautiful living-dining room. It is equipped with oak coloured furniture, a large dining table, a sofa area in front of the fireplace and the television. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, electric oven, microwave and kitchenware. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor we can also find a guest toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a large terrace shared by both bedrooms. From the kitchen we have access to the back of the house, where there is a nice garden and a large covered terrace with a dining table. There is also a lawn area around the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, dishwasher, fridge, sink and another terrace table ideal for spending the day. The finca has been lovingly restored and offers state of the art standards. === Features === Finca Paula is a comfortable country house with a lot of daylight, which has been renovated in the typical style of a finca home. The original facade is partially made of field stones, while inside the original ceiling beam have been kept. The entrance hall gives way to the open plan living/dining area and the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. The comfortable living room has access to the terrace and the pool area.
