This country house made of natural stone has been extensively renovated, but it has wonderfully retained its typical Mallorcan charm. Around the property there is a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, various furnished terraces and seating areas and of course a large pool, which has been fenced off for the safety of your children. The living area inside the house is on two levels: The upper floor has a living-dining room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan bedroom with two single beds and a large terrace. The bathroom is located by the staircase leading to the lower floor. The ground floor living area has a living/dining room, from which two single bedrooms lead off. There is also the old rustic kitchen, where you can see how the Mallorcans used to live. Only accessible from the outside is another typical Mallorcan kitchen, which is also fully equipped (the dishwasher, however, is located in the kitchen on the upper floor) From this kitchen you enter a completely renovated shower room.
