The property has more than 20,000m2 of land, so it is in the middle of nature, with sheep grazing daily during the winter months, fruit trees and paths where you can walk in peace. The house has the Mallorcan rustic style, while having the comforts of a modern house, well decorated and cared for. It has 2 double rooms, with 4 single beds, it is ideal for families or couples. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Air conditioning units (hot and cold) throughout the house, to ensure the comfort of guests. In the patio you will find a barbecue area and outdoor dining area, as well as a nice awninged seating area, next to the pool, which is large enough to comfortably fit all the guests.
