Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet residential area of Monte Pego at the end of a cul-de-sac. The main floor (upper floor) is accessed via an external staircase. It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with WC/bathtub and a bathroom with WC/shower/bidet. From the living-dining room you reach the main terrace (partly covered) with pool (8 x 4 meters), dining table, 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and outdoor shower (hot and cold water). The basement is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal staircase). It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with WC/shower. It is located in the same mountain, in a very quiet area in a dead end street. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and shrubs. The private pool has roman steps and measures 8m x 4m with a large terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a small fridge and a table to complement the space. The two-storey house has 130m2 and is distributed as follows, on the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, next to the living room is the dining room with the corridor that leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and another filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer.
