The approximately 90 sqm guest house is part of the 2,450 sqm overall complex of the finca, with a beautiful garden and large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, as well as another sleeping space for 1 person on the gallery above the bedroom, an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with barbecue area. Located in one of the most luxurious and preferred residential areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m away from a small private bay, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, doctor, etc. are within easy walking distance. In our opinion The most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca, at its easternmost tip, is located in the area between the towns of Jávea and Moraira.
