Perfect if you are looking for a holiday rental villa with a lot of privacy but at the same time enjoying the proximity to the most touristic places of Moraira. On the first floor there is a hall open to the living room, dining room and kitchen; therefore it produces a feeling of spaciousness and luminosity. The kitchen, of recent construction and modern style, is fully equipped and has state-of-the-art appliances. The beautiful villa San Vicente in Moraira has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people. With a very Mediterranean style, and only 50 metres from the beach of Portet de Moraira, it is one of the favourites for the guests of Villas Guzmán. This very special villa is one of the first villas to be built in El Portet. Between 2017 and 2018, the villa was completely renovated and designed respecting almost all the original elements of the time but with all the comforts of today, as well as adapting and merging the decor of yesteryear with the current Mediterranean. Distributed over 240 m2 and on a single floor, the villa has an entrance hall leading to a living-dining room divided into two areas, a sitting area with original seating in front of the house's large original fireplace, and a dining area with a beautiful table and plenty of natural light.
