The property is fully fenced and has a lawned area, as well as a private swimming pool and covered parking within the plot. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people and has wifi and air conditioning throughout. The beautiful garden is fully equipped for your use and enjoyment, as there are chairs, an outdoor table, hammocks, barbecue and an awning perfect for shelter from the hot summer days. As you enter the accommodation you will find the open plan lounge/dining room, where you will find the only satellite TV (German) in the house. Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine (filter) and toaster. Back to the living room there is a small corridor leading to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the bathroom with shower and washbasin with two bathtubs. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
