The spacious villa is ideal for 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other one with 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, 1 full bath room, 1 sep. toilet, a beautiful lounge with dining area and fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. As well from the living room as from outside you can access the large, partially roofed terrace with most beautiful views, a great private pool and outdoor shower as well as a BBQ area. The villa is equipped with Sat-TV, air conditioning in both bed rooms, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher. On the large, fenced plot there can be parked up to 2 vehicles. The house also has solar panels, which is a great advantage and saves electricity. There is also charging for electric cars. Monte Pego is a good starting point for plenty of activities.
