Large villa in the urbanisation Rafol de Almunia in Monte Pego. It has 800m2 of plot and a dreamlike view of the sea and the mountains. It is located in the same mountain, in a very quiet area in a dead end street. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and shrubs. The private pool has roman steps and measures 8m x 4m with a large terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a small fridge and a table to complement the space. The two-storey house has 130m2 and is distributed as follows, on the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, next to the living room is the dining room with the corridor that leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and another filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. In the storeroom is the washing machine. We continue with the bedrooms, a double bedroom with double bed with two mattresses, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. There is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and access to the upper terrace. The outside shower is located next to the stone barbecue. The house has a covered terrace with access to the house and a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and a variety of plants. The house consists of a living room with TV/SAT with exit to the previously mentioned terrace with access to the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle and ceramic hob and has an exit to the back terrace ideal for breakfast. The villa has two double bedrooms with 180cm beds, both with air conditioning and mosquito nets. A bathroom with shower and a round bathtub. From the entrance of the house there is an internal staircase leading to the upper floor where there is another bathroom with shower. The house has a private parking with space for two vehicles.
