Villa Emma Your holiday home in a quiet location The cosy and fully equipped villa is situated on a closed, very private plot and has 95 m². It has great views over the nature reserve and to the Montgo. The flat plot has both a carport and ample parking in front of the property. Thanks to its location on the outskirts of the village, the villa is wonderfully quiet and offers everything for a successful holiday. The villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two bathrooms - one of which is en suite. The spacious living area is directly adjacent to the open-plan kitchen on one side and the large pool terrace on the other. In the house itself, you will find air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. The pool with its 5mx10m invites you to swim and relax. The covered terrace also offers a lovely shaded area with views over the pool. There is also an outdoor shower next to the spacious pool terrace. Here you can unwind, cool off in the water or simply enjoy the tranquillity and nature. Of course, the beach and Denia are not far away. This house has an alarm system with combined camera surveillance. The alarm system is switched off during the rental period and is not available. This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool, is located in the area of La Florida (Denia) and has a capacity for 4 people with 1200m2 of open plot in mountainous terrain. The property consists of 120 m², distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. It should be noted that all the rooms are equipped with hot and cold heat pump, which makes it an ideal accommodation for both summer and winter holidays. It also has WIFI. From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles we go down some stairs to the main floor of the house. Once inside the house we find the spacious living-dining room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this property, its sea views. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, all the necessary utensils, juicer, gas cooker, oven, etc. Next to the living-dining room there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. This luxury property can be rented for of 4-5 people and has a private 3x7m swimming pool.The fully air-conditioned Villa San Juan was recently completed and is located in a gated community of 20 houses, each with its own closed property and private parking. The proximity to the center of Denia, to the different marinas such as the Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantee quite sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife. The center of Denia and various shops are a 5-minute walk away. 2 large supermarkets are almost right next to the residential complex.
