The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants such as palm trees, pines, and shrubs, with a cozy covered area for barbecues (According to municipal ordinance, open fire barbecues are not permitted from June 1st to October 15th). The pool, not visible from the outside, measuring 8x4m with Roman steps, is located next to the terrace with an outdoor shower. The house, simply furnished, has two bedrooms with two single beds each (the beds are built-in and cannot be moved), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. There is an open-plan kitchen with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge with a freezer. The living room has access to the covered terrace and the pool. An internal staircase leads to the gallery on the upper floor, which features a satellite TV and access to both the glazed terrace and the open terrace with panoramic views. Distance to Denia and the sea is 4km, shopping facilities are 3km away, and bars/restaurants are 1.5km away. Private parking is available on the plot. A car is necessary. Pets are allowed upon prior consultation. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil, or Pellets) is not included.
