This luxury property can be rented for of 4-5 people and has a private 3x7m swimming pool.The fully air-conditioned Villa San Juan was recently completed and is located in a gated community of 20 houses, each with its own closed property and private parking. The proximity to the center of Denia, to the different marinas such as the Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantee quite sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife. The center of Denia and various shops are a 5-minute walk away. 2 large supermarkets are almost right next to the residential complex. In San Juan Denia you will find peace and relaxation and you can spend a relaxing holiday in a luxurious environment, both in summer and winter. The house has been tastefully furnished by an interior designer and offers all the necessary comfort. This property can only be rented to non-smokers and customers who are at least 26 years old. Holiday home next to the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port and the sea. The garden consists of palm trees, cactus and other various plants. From the covered parking area you reach via some steps to the main entrance of the house, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine and toaster. The living room has an exit to the glazed and furnished terrace, from where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. Leaving the house and going down some steps we find the swimming pool, situated next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance it is not allowed to use barbecue with fire from the 1st of June until the 15th of October). Distance to Dénia 3,5km, to the beach 3km, bars/restaurants 2km and supermarkets 2,6km. Car needed. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions....
