This wonderful beachfront villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Rotas. In front of the house is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The garden of the house is very spacious, and has lawned areas as well as other areas with soil, for the comfort of our clients. The swimming pool is covered (not heated). On entering the house we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cosy in the winter months. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Following the corridor we find one of the bathrooms, as the property has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite, and a bathroom with washbasin and wc en-suite as well. Nice villa in Denia only 150m from the sea. The plot of 600 m2 is completely fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with roman steps with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outside shower. Access to the property is via a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside we find the living/dining room with ceiling fan, satellite TV with flat screen. For the winter months the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to heat the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc. The house has a double bedroom with beds of 90cm joined and en suite bathroom with bathtub in which is the washing machine. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90cm joined together. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. In front of the bedroom there is another bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets. Outside, a spiral staircase leads to an upper terrace with amazing views. The parking is inside the plot. The distance to the beach is 450m.
