A nice barbecue area awaits in the shade to enjoy the summer days. The house is divided into two floors and is available for 4 or 6 persons. Covered parking with capacity for two vehicles from where you access through a staircase to the main house which is formed by two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other room with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The American kitchen has all the amenities such as oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and ceramic hob. The living room with satellite TV and stereo leads out onto a glazed terrace where the dining area is located overlooking the pool and garden.
