In front of the house is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The garden of the house is very spacious, and has lawned areas as well as other areas with soil, for the comfort of our clients.
