Only 500 metres from the beach is this beautiful villa with private pool of 8x4m with roman steps, lawn area and covered parking. It has 500m2 of fully fenced land. The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the house. Once inside we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Further down the hallway is the first double bedroom with mosquito nets. Directly opposite is a large bathroom with bath. To get to the second bedroom you have to go upstairs, where you will find a double bed with mosquito nets and access to a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. To the beach 500m, bars/restaurants and supermarkets 500m, to the centre of Denia 4km Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency....
