The holiday villa, built in the Moorish style, is detached, largely secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean, fenced-in garden with 1600 square meters. There you will find a wonderful population of palm, lemon, orange and fig trees. Also available for our guests to consume. The villa complex offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Sierra de Bernia (1130m). The secluded pool ( 7x3 meter) is located directly in front of the covered main terrace with a built-in grill station. The villa is modernly furnished and has a living space of 230 square meters. The spacious living room leads to the divided dining area and the cozy fireplace room with wood grill. A spiral staircase leads to the upper tower room (walk-through room) with a separate bathroom and via the large roof terrace to the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom has no central heating.
